Visual Dot Net developer

Design, implement, test and document .NET applications, including ASP.NET web applications, .NET windows forms applications, and Embedded applications using .NET compact framework on WinCE. Read and understand requirements from customer business consultants. Conduct object oriented design and analysis. Must have strong background in ASP.NET / C#.  Specific technical skills required include: Specific Technical skills:
--ASP.NET, data grids, web forms, user controls
--C#
--IIS
--RDBMS and SQL
--Web Services
--design and analysis
--Proven track record of success with .NET projects
--Thorough understanding of standard enterprise application issues, including scalability, performance, reliability, data contention, availability, compatibility, etc.
--Understanding of a variety of techniques for presentation layer, client server protocol and data abstraction layer
